We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
- Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Best for non-urgent orders where cost savings is priority
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium fishing gear with the same confidence you have in your favorite lure. If your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, our straightforward return process gets you back on the water quickly.
Our Return Promise
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging required for all returns
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Fillet Knives & Fish Processing tools (if opened/unsterilized)
- Polarized Sunglasses (if protective film is removed)
- Reel Maintenance chemicals (opened containers)
How to Initiate a Return

- Our gear specialists will email a prepaid return label (US customers) or return instructions (international)
- Package items securely in original packaging
- Ship within 5 days of approval

Exchange Process

Damaged or Defective Items
If your baitcasting reel, fishing line, or other gear arrives damaged:
