Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Your satisfaction is as important to us as that perfect cast at dawn.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Fillet Knives & Fish Processing tools (opened/unsterilized)
  • Polarized Sunglasses (if protective film is removed)
  • Reel Maintenance chemicals (opened containers)

How to Initiate a Return

  3. Wait for our gear specialists to email a prepaid return label (US customers) or return instructions (international)
  4. Package items securely in original packaging

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
